  1. Take nutritional diet
Take meals 4-6 times a day
    Take seasonal fruits and vegetables
    Avoid fast food
    Dance at home
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Do regular exercise, yoga and brisk walk
Take chilled water glass not in small sips but at a stretch
    Be positive and keep smiling

  2. I have scoliosis myself, i have had the spinal fusion. I do pull-up to assist in strengthening my back.

To help you lose the weight try running. It is one of the best Cardio workouts you can do, Some of these benefits include potential weight loss, improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, and an improved emotional state

  3. Yes, P90X is worth the money. The exercises will strengthen your whole body including your back. And they show you modified moves in case you need them or to make the exercise a little bit easier until you build your strength……..>

It will also help you lose weight, and it comes with a diet plan to help you reach your goals and get the most out of the program……..>

  4. I don't know what the program really consists off, but on youtube you can see pretty good transformation videos of people who did the p90x. I also noticed the people lost fat mostly, so i think it is about cardio mostly.
You can increase your back muscles by doing the right back exercises tho, so going to the gym that is. As far as i understood the problem with kyphosis is that the pectoral(chest) muscles are over developed. Basically your target is increasing the muscle mass in your upper back.
    Ex. 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5n55mMqS… lat pulldown
Ex. 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pqPJuBfs… seated row(works the upper middle and middle back
    Ex. 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYcpY20Qa… dumbbell rows

These all work your upper back which should help keep things straight. Show this workout to your doctor first tho, i don't want you hurting yourself cause of me xP, but if he/she said to gain more muscles then these will help.

Keep your nutrition clean also. For muscle to increase you need to eat a lot of protein(eggs, full grain bread, chicken, red fish, turkey etc) drop all the fast food and eat healthy and instead of 3 big meals a day try to get 4-5 small meals a day. This p90x program might help you with that, the nutrition plan is quite oke there. Anyway good luck to you! The muscle won't grow on your back overnight, you have to keep it up for a long time, try to work your back twice a week or so and add some cardio to it if you can, 3 times a week cardio is perfect.
