Treatment for kyphosis?

I think i might have kyphosis or hunchback. In middle school i used to never use my locker and would carry all books with me in my bookbag and i think that might of led to me having a poor posture. I'm 20 years old now and i still have that poor posture.. i was wondering if there was a treatment for it.. Lately i've been trying to just sit straight and walk straight but it gets uncomfortable after a while. What should i do? Also what is the best way to sleep if you have this condition.. thank you!
